Spa Guidelines and Frequently Asked Questions
Scheduling
We reccomend scheduling as far in advance as possible. Reservations are subject to availablity and must be guaranted with a credit card. Guest underthe age of 16 must be accompanied by an adult.

Arrival
Please arrive at least ten minutes prior to your appointment time. Late arrival will limit the time available for your treatment. All treatments will end on time so as not to delay the next guest.
Electronic Devices
Please respect the tranquility of our Spa by silencing all electronic devices while in the relaxation spaces. Electronic devices are not permitted in the treatment rooms.
Cancellations
Cancellations without a minimum of twenty four hours will incur full treatment charge. Cancellations on packages also require a full 24 hours notice or full treatment charge will be incurred.

Refreshments​
​We have a coffee bar in the spa serving: coffee, an assortment of hot teas, sodas, and bottled water. Upon request, we are happy to provide wine and snacks as well.

​Will I be able to purchase products that are used during my treatments?
Absolutely! Our spa boutique has a full array of products that are used during treatments, as well as unique gift items to take home.

Where do I park?
​Street parking is available. In the case street parking is full, we do have a back parking lot that can accessed from Hemphill St.

Clothing
Please wear comfortable clothing, so that you continue to feel relaxed when you are done with your service. Robes are available for your comfort as well.

Water
It is important to drink plenty of water prior to and following any type of bodywork, particularly after a massage. We do provide a bottle for each client.

Gift Certificates
Gift certificates may be purchased for any occasion. They are based on a monetary value and can be used towards any spa service, salon service, or products.
Children
We enjoy children; however, it is our responsibility to create a peaceful atmosphere for all of our clients. Children can be a little unpredictable, so please make arrangements for outside care of them ahead of time.
